Deputy Manager
Stepping into a leadership role in digital governance, public-sector consulting and procurement delivery — helping teams turn large public programmes from plans on paper into results people can feel.
I started as a programmer writing code, and grew into a consultant helping public institutions deliver better. Each step taught me something that still shapes how I work today.
From the first line of code to leading public-sector programmes — here is how the journey has unfolded.
Stepping into a leadership role in digital governance, public-sector consulting and procurement delivery — helping teams turn large public programmes from plans on paper into results people can feel.
Taking on greater responsibility across digital infrastructure initiatives, programme monitoring and the full procurement lifecycle, with a focus on keeping complex work clear, accountable and on track.
Entered public-sector advisory, learning the craft of tender strategy and bid processes while supporting technology transformation for government clients.
Worked with large utility datasets, translating everyday operational needs into information systems that people could actually use.
Supported education programme monitoring and institutional reporting — my first close look at how good data helps public institutions make better decisions.
Where it began: four years of building web applications in ASP.NET, and learning to think like an engineer — patient, precise and careful about the details.
Designed and developed web-based applications and database-driven systems, built data-entry forms, dashboards and reports, and maintained and improved live applications as user needs changed. These years gave me the technical foundation that every later role has been built on.
A résumé tells you where I have been. It cannot tell you what each place taught me: the patience that came from debugging late at night, the respect for data learned in reporting, the humility of working on programmes that affect real people.
I’m beginning to write those reflections down. Personal essays and lessons from the road will appear here as they are ready.
