AMAR SINGH

Curiosity is my
working method.

I work where technology, governance, economics and law meet — helping people find clarity in complicated problems, and turning good ideas into work that genuinely helps.

Different disciplines.
One integrated perspective.

Hello, I’m Amar.

I’m Amar Singh, a technology professional with more than nine years of experience in public procurement and consultancy, helping public institutions do their work better. I’ve spent those years inside the real, often messy details of procurement, digital programme monitoring, data systems and technology implementation — where an idea only matters if it actually reaches the people it was meant for.

I’ve never been content with just one lens. I’ve studied computing, finance, economics, mathematics and law, and that is why I look at every problem from several sides at once: what the technology can do, what the policy intends, what it will cost, and how it will feel to the person on the other end.

Away from work, I turn to poetry, personal writing and spirituality. They keep me curious, patient and humble — and they remind me that careful thinking belongs in systems and in life alike.

If you’re working on something that needs clarity, patience and follow-through, I’d be glad to hear from you.

A mind shaped by many disciplines.

Each field taught me something different. Together, they help me see the whole picture.

Computing

Where I learned to build and understand systems.
MCA · NIELIT C Level (M.Tech equivalent)

Business & finance

Where I learned how money, markets and incentives shape decisions.
MBA Finance · M.A. Economics & Econometrics

Law

Where I learned why rules, rights and responsibility matter.
LL.B (Cyber Law)

Science

Where I learned to reason carefully and respect the evidence.
M.Sc · B.Sc Mathematics

What I stand for.

Clarity before complexity.

I turn confusion into questions people can answer, and decisions they can act on with confidence.

Evidence over spectacle.

I stay honest about assumptions, question claims that look too good, and give advice I’m willing to stand behind.

Delivery over declarations.

Good intentions aren’t enough. I care about the unglamorous middle, where policy becomes something that truly works.

The work shows what I do.
The journey shows who I am.
